Emin Percussion Darbuka Giveaway - Official Rules of Entry
1. Entrants must purchase the “Arabic Percussion with Faisal Zedan: Derbakki Fundamentals DVD” at the cost $45 USD (New York State residents add all applicable sales tax).
2. Those persons who purchase the “Arabic Percussion with Faisal Zedan: Derbakki Fundamentals DVD” will be automatically entered into the Emin Percussion Darbuka Giveaway.
3. The retail value of the Emin Darbuka is $400 USD as of 1/01/10 . The approximate shipping value is $150 USD.
4. Shipping and handling charges for the Emin Darbuka are free and complimentary to the winner.
5. EU Value added tax (nor any countries ‘value added tax’ or similar tax) is NOT covered by the Emin Percussion Darbuka Giveaway. The winner will be responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes or import fees assessed to their prize. Please be aware that customs fees may be charged upon delivery, even on free items. The EU charges VAT even on free items shipped from both inside and outside the EU. If the winner wishes the drum shipped to the EU, the winner will be responsible for paying VAT on the original retail price and shipping cost of the drum, prior to our shipping the prize. Please be prepared to provide dhavir productions with a payment method.
6. The winner will be chosen on March 15th, 2010.
7. The winner will be chosen in the following manner: All qualified entrants will be assigned a number on a piece of paper. The papers will be mixed together, with all other entrants’ papers, inside of an upside-down Emin Percussion Darbuka. That number will be chosen at random by David Reihs(owner, dhavir productions) or Emin Bolat(owner, Emin Percussion) out of the drum.
8. The odds of winning the Emin Percussion Darbuka Giveaway depends directly upon the number of entrants in the contest by March 15th, 2010, the day of the drawing.
9. Emin Percussion Darbuka Giveaway is limited to persons 18 years of age or older.
